I started ballet at the age of six and built my whole identity around it. Being good at ballet opened up possibilities and I ended up chasing my career to London, England. I grew up with the belief that success comes with hard work and dedication. In a high-pressure environment, I believed that if I would outwork everyone else then for sure I would be successful. I worked hard at it, harder than anyone in my ballet class, which led to a burnout at the age of 21 when my mind and body couldn’t handle it any longer. 

With time I started to wonder what I had done wrong. I studied my master’s degree in exercise science, did multiple courses and had internships with great coaches. I’ve had the privilege to work with great athletes from various disciplines such as ballet, hockey, basketball, cycling, running, powerlifting etc. 

Through my experiences I have discovered my best work is done through …uncovering drivers and resistors …evaluating the complete health of the athlete/dancer/artist …designing everyday structure and systems that are then created through easy actionable steps …building programming that supports and increases physical performance

  • CSCS - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

  • BA (Hons) Contemporary dance 

  • RPR Reflexive Performance Reset 

  • CYQ Level 3 Personal trainer

  • CYQ Level 3 Exercise referral instructor

  • CYQ Sports Conditioning Certificate

Bea’s native language is Swedish but she also speaks Finnish and English.
